Facilities Bookings
We encourage the various organizations within the parish to use our facilities. However, these must be booked through the office and entered on the master calendar to avoid any unnecessary conflicts. Contact the parish office at office@stceciliacalgary.com or call the office at 403-252- 2790 to book a room.
REMINDER
All groups that book meeting rooms or the hall on a regular basis throughout the year are asked to submit their desired day of the week and time to the office by the end of August 2016. This will enable the office staff to enter these bookings in the calendar and prevent any overlaps or double bookings of rooms.
Bulletin Notices
Bulletin notices should be received at the office by 4:00 p.m. each Wednesday in order to be included in the upcoming weekend bulletin. Your promptness will enable office staff to meet their deadlines.
