Tea with the Sisters
Saturday, June 20, 2026 | 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm | Providence Sisters' Convent
Single women ages 16 to 40 are invited to join the Sisters of the Diocese for tea and treats, conversation, and a Rosary Walk around the Providence Sisters' Convent.
Hosted by the Office of Vocations and the Association of Women Religious, this gathering offers fellowship, prayer, and an opportunity to learn more about religious life.

Statement on the 10th Anniversary of Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide
CCCB Standing Committee for Family and Life
As Canada marks ten years since Bill C-14 received Royal Assent, the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops invites Catholics and all people of goodwill to renew concern about euthanasia and assisted suicide, pray for the conversion of hearts, and remain present to the sick and vulnerable.
3-Part Encounter Series
Thursdays, June 18 and 25, 2026 | 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm | St. Mary's Cathedral Parish Hall
St. Francis Xavier Chaplaincy invites young adults ages 18 to 35 to continue its Encounter series, exploring the fundamentals of the Catholic faith, the meaning of life, what it means to be Catholic, and who Jesus Christ is.
Dinner is included.

Pray for St. Mary's University
The St. Mary's Prayer Guild invites Catholics to spiritually support the mission of St. Mary's University through a simple weekly commitment to pray for the university's intentions.
The Guild began as a grassroots effort among friends and now invites the wider Catholic community to support the university's Catholic mission in prayer.

Catholic Men's Discernment Group
Second Thursday monthly, September to April
Young unmarried men discerning their vocation are invited to meetings that include reflections on discerning God's will, silent prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, and the Rosary.

Catholic Family Life Conference 2026

Catholic Family Ministries invites families to the 28th Catholic Family Life Conference, with the theme The Holy Family – Divine Mercy.

African Thanksgiving Mass

The African communities in the Diocese of Calgary invite all to their Thanksgiving Mass, celebrated by Bishop William T. McGrattan.
Participating communities include the Blessed Iwene Tansi Nigerian Community, Cameroon Catholic Community, South Sudanese Catholic Community, and Eritrean Catholic Community.
Ignite Junior Calgary
Wednesday, August 5 to Friday, August 7, 2026 | St. Mary's University
Ignite Junior is a Catholic summer camp for youth in Grades 6 to 8, designed to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus while spending time with friends.
Camp runs from 1:00 pm to 8:30 pm each day. Campers return home or to their own accommodations each evening. Registration deadline: July 29, 2026.
Our Lady of Victory Camp

Youth from the Diocese are invited to join the Archdiocese of Edmonton at Our Lady of Victory Camp for a faith-filled camp of friendship, faith, and lasting memories.
